Responsibilities

1. Programming, debugging, machine operation, machining and process optimization of CNC machine tools, and ensure the quality of processing;
2. Check and maintain the equipment operating status, troubleshooting in a timely manner;
3. Responsible for supervising the operating status of equipment, routine maintenance and repair of CNC numerical control machine tools.

Requirements

1. Secondary school or above;
2. More than 1 year experience in CNC machine tool operation and programming, familiar with the use and debugging of CNC numerical control machine tools, skilled in the use of AutoCAD and other related software. 
3. Familiar with the commonly used CNC programming software and the corresponding machine tool operation skills.
4. Have good technical analysis and problem solving ability.
5. Have a certain understanding of material processing technology.

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with the basic operation of CNC / CNC equipment, master the use of equipment and skills;
2. Accurately operate the equipment according to the production plan to ensure product size and quality requirements;
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment, maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, comply with safety regulations, to ensure that the equipment is safe and normal operation;
4. Participate in the communication and coordination of the work in the production process, and actively cooperate with the work of the production supervisor.

Requirements

1. Secondary school or above;
2. One year or more CNC lathe practical operation experience, familiar with a variety of material processing characteristics;
3. Can operate 6100, 6150, 6180 machine tools;
4. Practical and willing to work, hard-working.

Responsibilities

1. Agitator site installation, disassembly, debugging, maintenance, guidance, can be based on the drawings of the Schmitt assembly;
2. Customer site equipment problem collection, feedback, coordination and solution;
3. The leadership of other work matters.

Requirements

1. Secondary education or above, mechanical related majors are preferred;
2. Chemical equipment is preferred, with clamp operation experience.
